All Modems are equipped with a single-line
RJ-11 jack. Each order is shipped with the product individually wrapped
in antistatic bags. Each shipment includes one set of operational
documentation.

or faxed to541-582-2149. Please fax or mail a signed purchase order.
Split shipments must consist of a minimum 10% of the total irrevocable
P.O. Shipment dates shall be stated at the time of the order.
All prices are FOB factory.

Terms
|
||
|
|
First orders will be shipped UPS COD
to Cashier's Check/Money Order, or Visa/Mastercard. If D&B
rated "good" or better, and upon approval, COD to Company Check.
To apply for terms, please mail or fax your credit application including
trade and bank references and your company profile. 2% per month
is charged on invoices unpaid over 30 days from the ship date.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped UPS GROUND
unless instructed otherwise. Shipping/handling charges will
be applied to your invoice. Same day shipping after 10:00am PST,
will be charged an additional $10.

Returns
|
||
|
|
Returned merchandise must be accompanied
by an RMA# issued by Aprotek Customer Service (Phone: 541-582-2118
E-Mail: aprotek@aprotek.com) and must be marked on the exterior of the
return package. RMA's become invalid 30 days after issue.

Two
Year Limited Warranty
|
||
|
|
Aprotek warrants equipment manufactured
and sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship and
to meet applicable specifications under normal use and service for a period
of two (2) years after sale to the original owner. If any equipment or
part is deemed by Aprotek to have been defective originally, or if these
parts or equipment are found to have become defective under normal usage
rather than misuse, negligence or accident, Aprotek will repair or replace
without charge. This warranty shall not apply to equipment or parts which
are normally consumed in operation, nor to equipment which, in the opinion
of Aprotek, has been repaired or altered in any way that would affect its
reliability or stability. Also not covered is equipment subjected to misuse,
negligence or accident, or which has been altered, defaced, or has had
the serial number, if any, removed. Aprotek does not assume any liabilities
for consequential damages and, in any event, the company's liability shall
not exceed the purchase price.
